My approach to therapy is one of collaborative exploration, where together the challenges and feelings you might be experiencing can be safely and thoughtfully considered and understood.
It is through this exploration I believe therapy can help to build and restore our relationships with others and also, perhaps most importantly, with ourselves, creating an opportunity for growth and greater meaning in our lives.
I offer sessions in-person, online and via telephone.
I have experience working with clients across a diverse range of issues and challenges, including:
STRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION
LONELINESS, GRIEF, UNCERTAINTY
RELATIONSHIPS, FAMILY, CAREER
TRAUMA, ABUSE,
UNHEALTHY COPING
EXISTENTIAL CRISES, MORTALITY
MEANING, PURPOSE, CREATIVITY
With a multi-disciplinary background in psychology, psychotherapy and counselling, I endeavour to bring an open, unbiased and flexible approach to each of my clients and their therapy needs.
